People telling you their times in yearly events haveimproved after training with you.
Saying they have put on pants they were going to throw away but couldn’t.
A personal favourite is when a student gets a great snap into Thai pads.
Another is seeing a student performing snatches, kettlebell or Olympic for the first time.
Sometimes they are more crucial. A student,who was worried about physical contact when he commenced Adapt and Survive training, was attacked my multiple aggressors. He not only walked away, but was unscathed(the same cannot be said for the assailants.
